System Change Application Guide

You shall notify about the changes when the following occurs:

(1) Adding a scope of certification (item) or changing the certification standard
(2) Deleting part of the scope of certification (item) or returning the entire registration;
(3) In the event of a system change that requires revision of the manual contents;
- Change of certificate entry such as company name, location change, etc.
- Changes related to system functions, such as reorganization, personnel transfer of the system
   operation manager, and business methods, etc.
(4) Where it is deemed necessary to conduct the current term in response to other inquiries
   from the registered company;

If there is a system change report from the registered company, the current accounting
office shall quickly determine whether the audit is carried out or not.
Usually, the details of the change are checked during the next regular follow-up management,
but in the following cases, on-site inspections are conducted promptly after consultation
with the company.
However, if a change report is received immediately before regular post-management,
it shall be conducted in parallel with the follow-up inspection.

(1) Adding certification scope (item) or changing certification application standards
(2) If the important functions of the system are changed (absorption/merger of the company,
   drastic change in the way of business, and drastic personnel transfer including the manager)

In the event of a change in the audit registration system, etc.
falling under the following conditions, the current accounting office requires the registration
company to take countermeasures:
In this case, the response method is determined and implemented through consultation between
the two parties, and the results are checked.

(1) Changing the standards, etc. that may require a change in the manual
- Revision of the application criteria for certification examination
- Revised standards and rules related to ISO/IEC 17021 and quality/environmental certification system
(2) If the system of the certification company needs to be changed due to changes in the method of operation of the audit registration system and the method of operation of the certification system;

Notification on system changes

1. System change details (official letter, etc.)
2. Copy of business license
3. Additional evidence such as a copy of the factory registration certificate, a copy of the registration, a map, etc.

When applying for certification item change (additional, etc.)

1. System change application: In this case, please indicate the organization (persons) that correspond to the additional application item.
2. Manufacturer: QC process, product manual (if available), etc.
3. For construction companies: Business establishment confirmation (NTREE format), copies of the relevant license (registration certificate), etc.

When applying for manual change

1. System change application: In this case, please describe the manual change section and the reason for the change.

When applying for additional product realization process (change of existing application standards), such as design/development sector, etc.

1. System change application: In this case, please indicate the organization (persons) that correspond to the additional application item.
2. Part 2 of the manual change management copy (Part 1: For storage by certified company, Part 1: For storage by NTREE)
3. For companies that are registered for certification except ISO9001, such as ISO14001: The relevant procedure (e.g., Design/Development Procedure Part 1)

When applying for additional business establishment

1. System change application: In this case, please describe the manual change section and the reason for the change. Also, please indicate the organization (persons) that correspond to the additional business establishment.
2. Organizational chart, map, etc. applicable to additional business operators
- If the certificate mark changes, such as the trade name, representative, address, and certified item, a certain 」certificate reissue fee」 will be charged accordingly.
